We have not always utilized mini implants, but today we are implementing them in our office. If you have a conventional denture that moves or requires adhesive, you can now come in and have it stabilized with multiple implants, often on the same day. We can place the implants and stabilize the denture as a temporary solution that day. Over time, when it is feasible for you, you can transition to a new overdenture supported by your implants, and it will be beautiful.
